Hiring Process

  • This is the self-support training with job offer

  • Selected candidates need to undergo the training for 3 – 4 months

  • All programs training fees have to be borne by the candidate

  • Employment letter would be issued at the time of admission

  • Candidate should have full time graduate degree with minimal IT Background

  • Initial work location is Chennai. Candidates should be willing to relocate to other locations in India and abroad

  • Candidates need to attend a written exam followed by in person interview

Roles and Responsibilities

The role incumbent will be involved in Sales for our various products. He/She will be responsible for the following:

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Evaluate customers resume, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

  • Meet personal and team sales targets

  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
